Reading Challenges for the New Year!

First and foremost, I hope all of you are enjoying a wonderful beginning to 2011!  Things are a bit laid back here...the Christmas decorations are slowly coming down, pork and sauerkraut is simmering in the slow cooker, and I'm gathering together my reading list for the New Year!  And to help keep me motivated this coming year I've decided to join a few Book Challenges for this year that are being hosted by Book Chick City, a wonderful new book blog I discovered this morning during my travels through blogland!
Here are the challenges I 'm participating in for 2011:

This one has two different options, read either six or twelve Stephen King Novels....I'm thinking about going for the twelve.  I've had Under The Dome and Duma Key sitting on my bookshelf for quite some time now collecting dust.  I won't read It though, there's just something about clowns and horror that leave me feeling a bit too unsettled...lol

  6. Hi! I'm visiting (& following) from the Sunday Blog Hop.

I love to read, but I don't think I could complete 100 books in a year. I would love to, but I don't know where I'd find the time. lol Good luck with your reading challenges!
